Section 3. Products & Craftsmanship

• Each item sold by Hemle Initiatives is handcrafted, and as a result, slight variations in color, texture, size, beadwork, or material may occur between pieces. These variations are part of the authenticity and artisanal character of our products and are not considered defects.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. We make every reasonable effort to display colors and details accurately, but slight differences may appear due to screen settings and the natural, handmade nature of our materials (fabrics, leathers, beads, metals, and other locally sourced elements).
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a design, or modify product descriptions, materials, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

Section 4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to your order being confirmed.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers (Zelle payment) We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
• Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination, in accordance with U.S. state and local tax laws.

Section 5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability, at any time after receipt.

Section 6. Shipping

• We currently ship to addresses within the United.
• Estimated production and shipping times will be provided at checkout or on the product page.
• Hemle Initiatives is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Section 7. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached, unless the item is marked as final sale.
• Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@hemleinitiatives.com with your order number.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
